We are looking for a motivated and skilled Equity Dealer to join our team in Nashik. In this full time role, you will be responsible for executing buy and sell orders for equities while providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute Trades: You will carry out buy and sell orders in the stock market, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and promptly. This requires attention to detail and understanding of market conditions.
Monitor Market Trends: You will keep an eye on market movements and trends to provide timely advice to clients. Staying updated with financial news is crucial to help clients make informed decisions.
Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients about market trends, product offerings, and trade status. Good communication skills are necessary to build and maintain strong relationships.
Risk Management: You will assess trade risks and suggest suitable risk mitigation strategies to clients. This involves understanding the client's risk appetite and providing suitable options.
Reporting:



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trade activity and market trends to assist management in evaluating performance. Transparent reporting is essential for tracking trading performance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong analytical skills and a valuable understanding of financial markets. Previous experience in equity trading or a similar role is preferred for candidates with 1 to 7 years of experience. A degree in finance or related field is advantageous. Effective communication skills are needed to liaise with clients, and a commitment to continuous learning about market trends is expected.
