Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales / Telecalling Executive to join our Event Management Company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their event requirements, explaining our services, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

Contact customers regarding weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and other events.

Understand customer requirements, budget, event date, and preferences.

Explain event management services, packages, pricing, and facilities.

Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into appointments or bookings.

Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

Maintain customer and lead information in Excel/CRM.

Coordinate with the sales and event planning teams.

Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and sales targets.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Required Skills:
