We are seeking an enthusiastic Air Ticketing Staff member to join our team in Howrah. This is a full time position where you will manage ticketing operations and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Booking: Assist customers in booking domestic and international flight tickets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding flights, prices, and travel information, providing a friendly and informative experience.
Documentation Handling: Manage all necessary documentation related to ticketing, ensuring adherence to airline policies and guidelines.
Payment Processing: Process payments for ticket bookings and handle cash transactions with care and precision.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to ticket bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
System Updates: Maintain and update the ticketing system with accurate information regarding flights and bookings.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Candidates should ideally have completed at least the 10th grade and possess a strong interest in the travel industry. Valuable communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers regularly. You should be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure, especially during peak travel times. Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing software are advantageous. A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are significant for success in this role.
