We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Passport Checking Staff to ensure the accuracy and completeness of passport applications. This full-time role is based in Patna, India, and is ideal for individuals with up to three years of experience or fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities:
Application Verification: Review passport applications to ensure all required documents are submitted and complete. This includes checking for proper identification and supporting materials.
Data Entry: Accurately enter applicant information into the system. Attention to detail is crucial to avoid mistakes that could delay processing times.
Customer Assistance: Provide support to applicants by answering questions and guiding them through the application process. A friendly demeanor can help ease any concerns they may have.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks of completed applications for any discrepancies or errors. Ensuring a high standard of accuracy helps maintain the integrity of the application process.
Reporting Issues:



Immediately report any suspicious or incomplete applications to a supervisor for further investigation.
