Act as a subject matterexpert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.

Translates and details business requirements into End-2-End solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products;

ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope

Responsible for the Operation of the cloud for customer solution
N
Performing the necessary tasks to keep a reliable environment
N
To work with the solution Architecture team for Development,



Testing and Documentation of nes solutions on C4C as needed by our Business Process.

Provide ongoing supportand troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise with their SAP C4C implementation.

Stay current with SAP C4C updates and advancements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.
