Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Booking: Handle customer requests for booking flights, providing accurate information on routes, fares, and availability. Use ticketing software to process bookings efficiently.
Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries related to flight schedules, cancellations, and refunds. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to meet customer needs effectively.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents are prepared accurately. Verify that passenger information is correct and comply with airline policies.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues or complaints related to ticketing and travel arrangements. Collaborate with airlines and travel partners to resolve matters promptly.
Sales Support: Promote additional services, such as travel insurance and upgrades, to enhance customer satisfaction while contributing to sales targets.
