We are seeking an experienced Intensivist to join our team in Cuttack. The ideal candidate will have an MD in Medicine and a passion for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. This full time position requires a dedicated skilled with 2 to 5 years of experience in critical care.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in critical condition to determine their medical needs and respond with appropriate interventions.
Care Management: Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, continually monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients in the intensive care unit.
Emergency Response: Quickly respond to life-threatening situations, utilizing advanced medical techniques to stabilize patients effectively and efficiently.
Education and Guidance: Provide education to families and staff about complex cases, treatment plans,



and critical care protocols, fostering a supportive and informative workplace.
