We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead our Information Technology department. The Head of Information Technology will oversee all IT operations and the strategy, ensuring that our technology aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop IT Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, ensuring all technology initiatives support business objectives.
Manage IT Infrastructure: Oversee the management and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, efficient, and scalable to meet future demands.
Lead IT Team: Supervise and mentor a team of IT specialists, fostering a team-oriented environment and promoting professional development to enhance team performance.
Ensure Cybersecurity: Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems from potential threats, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective spending while aligning technology investments with business strategy.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with technology vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts,



ensuring that services and software are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Stay updated with the latest tech trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies that can improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Expectations:
