We are looking for an E Commerce Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce and exhibit a proactive approach to enhancing online sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Online Listings: Oversee product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring that all details, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
Monitor Sales Performance: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with Vendors: Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of products.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to online orders, returns, or product information promptly.
Implement Marketing Strategies: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to online stores.
Conduct Market Research:



Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to recommend product assortment and pricing adjustments.

To succeed in this role, you should have a positive understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing. Solid analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills are vital to interact with both internal teams and customers effectively. Knowledge of SEO and familiarity with analytics tools will be an added advantage.
