Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Daily Operations: Supervise the daily construction activities to ensure they follow the project plan and timelines.
Coordinate with Workers: Communicate clearly with workers to assign tasks, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities on-site.
Conduct Site Inspections: Regularly inspect the site to check for safety compliance, quality of work, and adherence to specifications.
Report Progress: Provide daily and weekly reports on project progress to management, highlighting any challenges or delays encountered.
Manage Materials and Equipment: Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available on-site, and maintain inventory to prevent delays.
