We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Delivery Boy to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will help ensure timely and accurate deliveries, providing excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Deliveries: Pick up packages from the office or warehouse and deliver them to customers’ addresses in a timely manner.
Route Planning: Effectively plan delivery routes to minimize travel time and ensure quick service.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers politely during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Maintain Vehicle: Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, fuel-productive, and in good working condition for protected transport.
Collect Payments: When necessary, collect payments from customers and provide them with receipts.
Report Issues: Immediately report any delivery issues, such as damage to packages or customer complaints, to the supervisor.
Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and delivering packages.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Must have passed the 10th grade and be able to communicate effectively in local languages.
A valid driving license is required to operate a bike or bicycle for deliveries.
Robust time management skills to ensure prompt and efficient deliveries.
Good physical stamina to handle packages of varying weights.
Familiarity with Delhi NCR roads and landmarks is preferred.
Should demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
