We are looking for a dedicated and motivated female lawyer to join our team in Siliguri. The ideal candidate should have an LLB degree and 0 to 3 years of experience in the legal field. This is a full time office-based position.

Key Responsibilities:
Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on various legal topics, statutes, and cases to support ongoing cases and projects.
Drafting Documents: Prepare legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence, ensuring they are transparent and precise.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their legal issues, provide advice, and outline potential legal strategies to address their needs.
Court Representation: Represent clients in court or at legal proceedings, advocating for their interests and ensuring adherence to legal protocols.
Case Management: Organize and manage case files, keeping track of important deadlines, documents, and court dates.
