We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers over the phone to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Outbound Calls: Make regular calls to potential clients, introducing our products or services and explaining their perks to stimulate interest.
Qualify Leads: Identify the needs and preferences of potential customers to determine if they are suitable leads for our offerings.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet targeted sales numbers by efficiently closing deals and following up on leads, demonstrating robust persuasive skills.
Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain a good rapport with clients through excellent communication and service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Update CRM Systems: Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management system for tracking and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with Team Members:



Work closely with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies and share insights on customer feedback and market trends.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The successful candidate should have solid communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective conversations with diverse clients. A proven ability to handle objections and persuade customers is essential, as is a self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving sales goals.
