We are seeking a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our team in Mumbai. This role is essential for ensuring our products are accurately picked and efficiently packed for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Selection: Pick the correct items from the storage area based on order requests. This involves following detailed lists and ensuring accuracy in quantities and product types.
Quality Check: Inspect items for any damage or defects before packing them. This ensures only the highest quality products are sent out to customers.
Packing: Pack selected items carefully in boxes or other packaging materials. The packing should protect products during transit and should be done according to company standards.
Labeling: Affix shipping labels on packed items ensuring all information is clear and accurate. This helps in smooth delivery and tracking of packages.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory records by reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels to the supervisor. This helps in efficient stock management.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines while handling products and operating packing equipment.



This is key for maintaining a safe working setting.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least their 10th standard education. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are crucial in this role. You should be physically fit, as the job involves standing for long periods and lifting boxes. Basic communication skills are necessary for coordinating with team members. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are significant traits for success in this position. Prior related experience is a plus but not mandatory.
