Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Passenger Safety: You will conduct safety demonstrations and ensure all safety equipment is in working order, keeping passengers informed and secure during the flight.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Your role includes greeting passengers, serving meals, and attending to their needs, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the journey.
Manage In-Flight Situations: You will handle any emergencies or conflicts that arise during the flight, using your training to stay calm and act decisively.
Conduct Pre-Flight Checks: Before takeoff, you will check emergency equipment and ensure the cabin is clean and stocked with necessary supplies for the flight.
Collaborate with Team Members: Working with fellow crew members, you will ensure seamless service and communication, making the flying experience as smooth as possible for everyone on board.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Candidates must have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and be open to working in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll interact with diverse passengers and team members. A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure are necessary for handling challenging situations. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required, as training will be provided for all new hires.
