-15 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer / E-commerce.
Robust experience managing online FMCG business across marketplaces and preferably quick-commerce platforms.
Proven track record of delivering significant online revenue growth.
Experience in P&L; ownership, commercial negotiations, category management, and trade promotions.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing.
Positive knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and FMCG distribution.
Strong analytical and commercial skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and team-management capabilities.
MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Management preferred.

The preferred candidate should be someone who has built or scaled an FMCG e-commerce business,



understands the economics of marketplaces and quick commerce, and can balance sales growth, brand building, availability, and profitability.

Experience with major Indian e-commerce and quick-commerce channels will be an advantage.
