We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Gandhi Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records and ensuring accurate accounting processes in a full time office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented.
Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements and internal accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Payroll Management: Process payroll for staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and manage related taxes and deductions.
Budget Tracking: Assist in budgeting and forecasting, helping to monitor expenses and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Compliance and Reporting: Prepare necessary financial reports for management and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.





Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in accounting or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential. Solid attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are crucial.
