EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT SERVICE MAINTENANCE KNOWLEDGE - We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience and will excel in managing customer service teams while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of service professionals, setting explicit goals and performance expectations to drive team success.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction through productive service delivery.
Service Improvement: Analyze service processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of service operations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve their skills and knowledge in service delivery best practices.
Coordination with Other Departments:
