We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 14 years of experience and a postgraduate degree. This full-time position is office-based, and we are looking for a male candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. You will analyze market trends and customer needs to develop plans that enhance our competitive edge.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance. You will set explicit goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a positive team environment to achieve sales objectives.
Client Relations: Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients. You will communicate effectively to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Market Research: Monitor competitors and market developments.



You will gather and analyze information on alternative products and services to position our offerings effectively.
