Key Responsibilities:
Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to promote products or services, explaining features and advantages clearly.
Handle Inbound Queries: Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and assisting customers with their questions.
Maintain Customer Records: Update and manage customer information in the database to ensure accuracy and follow up on leads.
Achieve Targets: Meet daily and weekly calling targets to contribute to the team’s success and help drive sales.
Follow Up on Leads: Reconnect with previous customers or leads to encourage repeat business and gather feedback.
Create Weekly Reports: Compile data on call outcomes and share weekly reports with management to track performance.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Candidates must be female and should possess a minimum education of 10th grade. Robust verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately. Previous experience in a call center or tele sales is a plus but not mandatory, as we are open to freshers as well. Candidates should be friendly, persuasive, and possess positive organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude towards sales and customer service will be highly valued.
