We are looking for a dedicated Papad Karigar to join our team in Nagaur. As a Papad Maker, you will be responsible for the preparation and production of various types of papad. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and taste that our customers love.

Key Responsibilities:
Dough Preparation: You will mix and knead the ingredients to create a smooth dough, ensuring that it meets our quality standards.
Shaping Papads: You will roll out the dough into thin discs, working with precision to achieve uniform size and thickness.
Drying Process: You will ensure that the rolled papads are properly dried under the sun or using drying machines, allowing them to reach the right texture.
Quality Control: You will regularly check the quality of the papads, ensuring they are free from defects and meet our specifications.
Cleanup and Maintenance: You will maintain cleanliness in the work area and take care of the tools and equipment used in the papad making process.





Required skills and expectations include a basic understanding of food safety practices, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. Previous experience in food production, particularly in making papads, is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should have a robust work ethic, be punctual, and possess valuable manual dexterity. A willingness to work in a team workplace is essential to help ensure smooth production operations. The ideal candidate should have at least passed the 10th grade and be ready for full time work.
