We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Field Salesman to join our team and help us grow our market.

Job Responsibilities:
Visit shops, retailers, supermarkets, offices, hotels, and other potential customers.
Introduce and sell our cleaning products such as Floor Cleaner, Phenyl, and other upcoming products.
Generate new customers and maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
Take orders and follow up with customers for repeat orders.
Achieve sales targets and expand product distribution in the assigned area.

Salary & Incentives:
Fixed salary will be discussed based on experience and skills.
Additional incentive will be provided on every product sold.
Incentive structure and amount will be discussed and finalized during the interview/meeting.




Higher sales = Higher earning potential.

Candidate Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel and visit customers in the field.
Previous sales/FMCG experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be hardworking, responsible, and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
