Role Description The Seller Support Associate (E-commerce) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting sellers using e-commerce platforms. In this role, the associate will handle inbound and outbound seller contacts, respond to inquiries, resolve issues related to listings, orders, payments, and account status, and provide clear guidance on platform policies and procedures. The associate will analyze seller concerns, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions that improve seller satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions, escalating complex cases as needed, collaborating with internal teams,



and maintaining service levels while delivering professional, empathetic support.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Contact, Customer Support, and Customer Service abilities.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with transparent verbal and written communication and active listening capabilities.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, pattern recognition, and the ability to interpret data or feedback to suggest improvements.
Relevant experience in e-commerce, BPO, or customer service environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage high-volume queries, and maintain accuracy and professionalism under time constraints.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and web-based tools; prior experience with marketplace platforms is an advantage.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience in customer support roles will be considered.
