Venue: TCS Magnum Chennai One IT SEZ Phase-2 on the 200 Feet Radial Road in Thoraipakkam, Chennai.

MOI: Walk-in

n

Must Have:

n

OpenStack fundamentals: nova, neutron, cinder, glance, horizon. Ironic controller management.

n

Azure pipeline, Terraform infrastructure management

n

Kubernetes basics: pods, deployments, services, nodes, namespaces, kubectl commands.

n

Linux/cemtos 7.0 or above : shell commands, troubleshooting, networking tools, system performance checks.

n

Server hardware knowledge: RAID, hardware lifecycle, firmware, diagnostics.

n

Phone & remote support experience for technical troubleshooting.

n

Key Responsibilities :





n

Cloud Infrastructure Support :

n

Manage and support OpenStack cloud settings, including compute,ironic setups,deployments, Stack creation /deletion

n

Provide operational support for Kubernetes clusters, including pod issues, node health checks, deployments, and cluster troubleshooting.

n

Perform routine health checks, log analysis, and incident resolution.

n

Linux Administration :

n

Handle Linux OS /Centos basics commands,LVM,

n

Perform monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting on Linux servers.

n

Server Hardware Support :

n

Provide phone-based technical support for server hardware issues.

n

Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware problems: disks, memory, NICs, RAID, power units, etc.
