Key Responsibilities Agency Channel Drive sales and business growth through the Develop and manage relationships with agents and channel partners. Recruit, on board, and activate current agents to strengthen the sales network. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure regular engagement, training, and performance management of the agency team. Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned area. Maintain strong customer and partner relationships while ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance standards.
