Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and qualified manner.
Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before operations.
Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, crockery, cutlery, and service areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Explicit and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
Follow hotel standards for food service, hygiene, and guest handling.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when required.
Ensure proper handling and storage of crockery, cutlery, and other service items.
Support the team during busy hours, events, and special functions.
Requirements:
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
Freshers with a positive attitude may also be considered.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Well-groomed, polite, and presentable personality.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team-oriented and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service will be an advantage.
