Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Agartala, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an productive, customer-focused environment. This role includes supervising staff, managing inventory, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining visual merchandising and store standards.

The Store

Manager will handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and implement retail loss prevention practices. The position also involves preparing reports, coordinating with management on store targets,



and supporting continuous improvement in processes and service quality.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
Store Management experience with the ability to oversee operations and lead a retail team.
Transparent and effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and reduce shrinkage.
Prior experience in retail or store supervision, preferably in an urban or smart city context.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage inventory, and use basic office and point-of-sale software.
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or a related field.
