Work Location: Shreesto, Road No. 9, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat

Shreesto is looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to handle B2C customer inquiries generated through our influencer and social media presence. Customers watch our product reels/videos and reach out directly via call, WhatsApp, Meta WhatsApp messages, or Instagram/Facebook Instant Forms - you will be the first point of contact, converting these inquiries into sales.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Salary: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000/month + incentive on sales

Responsibilities

n

Respond promptly to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and Instant Form leads from social media and influencer campaigns

n

Explain product features and pricing for cold press oil machines, spice grinders, and smokeless stoves

n

Follow up with interested customers and close sales

n

Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions

n

Requirements

n

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer calling or telesales

n

Must be fluent in both English and Hindi

n

Positive communication and convincing skills

n

Comfortable working full time in office in Surat
