Key Responsibilities

● Conduct effective training sessions on soft skills, product knowledge, and process workflows.

● Develop and deliver interactive training content, modules, and presentations.

● Assess training needs and create customized training plans accordingly.

● Monitor participant performance and ensure learning effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.

● Prepare and maintain training reports, feedback forms, and documentation.

● Collaborate with internal teams to identify gaps and improve training frameworks.

● Travel to various company locations to conduct in-person training programs.

Key Requirements

Experience





● Minimum 2 years of experience in Soft Skills / Product & Process Training.

Skills

● Robust command over English and Hindi.

● Excellent PPT-making skills.

● Content creation and module development expertise.

● Robust public speaking, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.

● Ability to engage and manage diverse learner groups.

● Flexibility and willingness to travel for training purposes.

Pay: ₹11,855.73 - ₹36,042.73 per month
