Position : Customer Support – International Voice Process

Location : Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift : Night Shift

n

Weekly Off : Rotational Weekdays

Eligibility:

n

Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.)
n
Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory.
n
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
n
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.
n

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to international customers.
n
Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN,



WAN Technologies
n
Diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
