To prepare the pre-operative instruction & hand over to the patient
Tracking
Clinic opinions on daily basis
Ensure appointment in Eye Tech
Sending OPD and OT count to respective doctor and freeze timings with co-ordination of Operations manager.
To do counselling of procedures/injection/surgeries
Ensure conversion
Full awareness of cash/cghs/echs/Tpa/ Haryana Govt/other PSU process
Responsible for getting approvals/billing
Responsible for retention of old patient through pipeline management and current patient through lining up appointment for Clinic Opinions and Eye Q Prime.
