• Assists on the payroll calendar and pay dates
• Assists on values are in due for payment and deduction
• Assists on the payroll process, supporting on the occurrence of the payroll data




• Supports the fulfilling of the payments SLA´s for the external employees
• Supports on the analyzes of complaints, delay and/or payroll errors
• Provides support to all internal areas regarding to queries and/or questions

Grade Descriptor
• Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
• Performs assignments using existing procedures
• Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
• Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
• Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
