Homzinterio is looking for an experienced and energetic Design Head to lead our design function, manage high-value projects, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

n

Own revenue realization and timely collection from booked clients.

n

Lead and manage a team of Design Managers and Interior Designers.

n

Oversee high-value client projects from design stage through completion.

n

Drive design quality, timelines, productivity, and process adherence.

n

Develop and implement SOPs to streamline design workflows and improve efficiency.

n

Manage key client relationships and resolve critical client escalations.

n

Ensure effective coordination between clients, designers, and project teams.

n

Ideal Qualifications

n





10+ years of experience in Interior Design / Residential Interiors.

n

5+ years of experience in a managerial/leadership role.

n

Experience working with a large/structured design firm in Bengaluru or elsewhere in India.

n

Solid experience handling large-ticket/high-value clients and projects.

n

Good knowledge of design software, visualization tools, and interior design themes.

n

Proven team management and client escalation management skills.

n

Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

n
