Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple R&D; projects

Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making processes for cross-functional teams
N
Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports (e.G., Jira, Excel, Power BI) to provide up-to-date visibility on project health and KPIs
N
Ensure consistent project documentation and data hygiene
N
Flag delays or blockersand support mitigation efforts
N
Collaborate with R&D; Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather updates and align priorities
N
Support process improvements and standardization within the R&D; Operations team

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech/R&D; setting
N
Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
N
Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.G., Jira, Confluence, Monday.Com)
N
Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.G., Excel, Power BI, Looker)
N
Solid communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
N
Self-driven, structured, and dependable
N
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
