About the RoleGBS Wireless India is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance & Accounting team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in US Accounting and US GAAP and will be responsible for managing accounting activities while supporting US-based operations and teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities for US-based operations.
Handle General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and payments.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Handle payroll accounting and related activities.
Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
Provide support during internal and external audits.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.




Coordinate and communicate effectively with US-based teams.
Independently manage assigned accounting processes and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on US Accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
Experience with GL, AP, and AR processes.
Strong reconciliation and financial reporting skills.
Experience in month-end and year-end closing.
Knowledge of payroll and intercompany accounting.
Strong MS Excel skills.
Experience with QuickBooks or other US accounting software/platforms.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities.
