Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Ticketing Agent.

The Ticketing

Agent will be responsible for managing ticket sales, handling customer inquiries, assisting with reservations, and ensuring seamless customer service.



The role also involves providing travel-related assistance, addressing client needs, and maintaining accurate booking records while supporting the sales team in achieving goals.

Qualifications - Proficiency in Ticket Sales and managing Reservations using Amadeus GDS
Robust Communication and exceptional Customer Service skills
Basic knowledge or experience in Sales and upselling techniques
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Proficient in using ticketing software and tools
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
