Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to handle B2B and B2C sales for our hospitality and travel business. The candidate will be responsible for lead calling, customer follow-ups, converting enquiries into bookings, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B and B2C leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Make outbound, inbound, and cold calls to prospective customers and corporate clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hotels, rooms, packages, and travel solutions.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Generate and maintain business relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and individual customers.
Coordinate with the Reservations and Operations teams for booking confirmations and post-booking requirements.
Maintain daily DSR and lead updates on Google Sheets/CRM.
Ensure timely follow-up and proper status updates for every assigned lead.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.




Maintain qualified communication with customers throughout the sales and booking cycle.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Robust follow-up and sales conversion abilities.
Comfortable with B2B and B2C sales processes.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel and CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Prior experience in hospitality, travel, hotel sales, or tele-sales will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate/12th Pass or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years in Tele-Sales, Hospitality, Travel, B2B/B2C Sales, or a related field.
Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
