5+ years of experience in supporting Oracle Forms & Reports applications.

Robust knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL for analysis, data validation, and basic fixes.

Positive understanding of Oracle Database concepts and experience with ticketing/ITSM tools.

Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with effective communication and customer service orientation.
