Yali Aerospace is looking for a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for next-generation UAV and aerospace systems.

n

We are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage production workflows, improve operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality manufacturing standards in a rapid-paced aerospace environment.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations
n
Coordinate manufacturing schedules, assembly activities, and production targets
n
Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering and safety standards
n
Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, and scalability
n
Work closely with design, procurement, and testing teams for smooth execution
n
Manage inventory, material planning, and vendor coordination
n
Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous process improvements
n
Lead and supervise production technicians and shop-floor teams
n
Support prototype builds, testing,



and transition to production
n

Requirements

n

n
Experience in production/manufacturing operations
n
Strong understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing workflows
n
Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional operations
n
Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, robotics, or UAV manufacturing preferred
n
Knowledge of quality systems, process optimization, and production planning
n
Robust problem-solving and organizational skills
n
