We are looking for a Backup & Storage Administrator with solid experience in enterprise backup, storage, and network infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills

n

n
PPDM (PowerProtect Data Manager) – backup and recovery administration.
n
Dell EMC Data Domain (DD) – configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, replication, and backup integration.
n
Solid knowledge of backup policies, schedules, retention, restores, and backup troubleshooting.
n
Experience with NetApp Storage administration and troubleshooting.
n
Knowledge of Cisco Switches and basic SAN/network connectivity.
n

Responsibilities

Administer and monitor PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM)



and Data Domain environments.
n
Configure backup jobs, policies, schedules, retention, and recovery operations.
n
Troubleshoot backup failures, replication issues, and storage capacity/performance problems.
n
Manage and support NetApp storage environments, including capacity and performance monitoring.
n
Support Cisco switch configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and infrastructure-related incidents.
n
Perform incident management, RCA, patching, upgrades, and maintain operational documentation.
