Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls to customers in Canada.
Present and sell internet, TV, home security, and telecom services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
Handle objections and close sales effectively.
Maintain accurate customer details in CRM/dialer systems.
Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with backend team for order processing.
RequirementsGood English communication skills (Punjabi is a plus).




Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred.
Confidence in speaking with international customers.
Ability to work in night shift (Canada hours).
Basic computer knowledge.
