We are seeking a qualified Advocate to handle legal aspects of real estate transactions, with a primary focus on drafting, reviewing, and managing sale agreements. n The role requires close coordination with the sales team to support lead conversion while ensuring all transactions are legally compliant and risk-free. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of property laws and be capable of managing end-to-end legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
1–5 years of relevant experience in real estate or property law (preferred)
Sound knowledge of property documentation and legal procedures
Robust drafting ,and coordination skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
Robust communication skills
