Core Responsibilities
Staff Management: Create work schedules, assign daily cleaning tasks, and lead team briefings.
Quality Control: Inspect dining rooms, restrooms, bars, and waiting areas to meet strict sanitation rules.
Inventory Control: Track cleaning products, chemicals, and tools, reordering stock when supplies run low.

Job Requirements
Experience: Proven background in commercial cleaning or hospitality staff leadership.
Skills: Solid communication, basic computer literacy, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods and handle active, physical work shifts.
