Ensure smooth maintenance and engineering operations across assigned restaurants.
Carry out preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing and repairs on time and maintain service records.
Attend and permanently resolve technical breakdowns, equipment issues and emergency maintenance at restaurants.
Handle maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, pumps and water systems.
Perform HVAC, refrigeration, DG sets, UPS and battery maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment, RO plants and fire & safety systems.
Carry out minor repairs of restaurant furniture, glass doors, racks and fixtures.
Maintain maintenance logbooks, vendor service reports and inventory usage records and report abnormalities to seniors.
Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned maintenance/R&M; activities within timelines.
Carry and use the basic tools and equipment provided by the company for maintenance work.
