Position: Cafe Manager

Department: Operations

Experience: 2–5 years in Café/F&B;/Restaurant operations

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.

Handle staff reporting, attendance, shift planning and team management.

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and service standards.

Manage cash handling, billing and daily sales reports.

Monitor inventory, stock levels and coordinate with vendors for supplies.

Train, guide and motivate staff to improve performance.

Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.

Ensure company policies, SOPs and safety standards are followed.





Achieve daily/monthly sales and operational targets.

Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.

Coordinate with the HR and management team regarding staffing and employee-related matters.

Required Skills:

Good communication and leadership skills.

Strong team-management ability.

Customer-service oriented.

Basic knowledge of POS, billing and inventory management.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a rapid-paced café workplace.

Adaptable with shifts and working hours.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Café, QSR, Restaurant or F&B; operation
