Responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and customer follow-ups for security & surveillance products.
Connect with potential customers and understand their CCTV/security solution requirements.
Generate and qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for further conversion.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and update lead status.
Robust communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills are required.
Candidates with experience in the CCTV/security & surveillance industry will be preferred.
