They can work from any place in India and report to the nearest branch office which will be notified to the selected candidates.

Remuneration:

Fixed salary: Can go up to Rs.75,000/- per month

(Plus)

Incentives can start with Rs.1,00,000/- in first month to Rs.5,00,000/- per month depending on the business performance.

Job Description:

Recruitment of agents

Collection of KYC Documents and IRDA Exam fee of Rs.1,250/- per person (Changes with age)

Arranging for their training with Branch Officials

Making sure that the candidates appear and explicit IRDA exam

Creating a team of about 20+ productive advisor in one year

Helping the agents make money

Taking support from branch sales managers who are full time employees

Setting targets for agents and for self

Qualifying in the contests floated by the company from time to time

Qualifying the team agents for international conventions and meetings

Creating MDRT agents

Attending office for a minimum of 4 days in a month
