Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and other sources.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain company services and products to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Participate in client meetings and sales activities as required.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.




Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Candidates with real estate sales experience will be preferred.

Working Schedule
Monday to Friday: Regular working days
Saturday: Field visits, if required
Sunday: Week off

Salary: As per experience and interview performance
