Key ResponsibilitiesVerify customer payments before processing orders.
Prepare and cross-check billing/invoices for accuracy.
Book shipments through Nimbus, DTDC & Amazon portals.
Verify order, SKU, quantity, invoice, address, payment & shipment details before dispatch.
Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team for timely and accurate dispatch.
Generate shipping labels/AWB and maintain dispatch records.
Track shipments and coordinate for delays, returns & delivery issues.
Required SkillsGood knowledge of billing, logistics & dispatch operations.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Experience with Nimbus, DTDC or Amazon Seller Central will be preferred.
