Job Role: Waterjet Looms Supervisor (Day Shift)

Location: Hojiwala Industrial Estate, Sachin, Surat

Duration: 30 Days (Fixed-Term Project)

Employment Type: Full time, Temporary / Contractual

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Day Shift Supervisor for our waterjet looms factory located in Hojiwala, Surat. Because our plant runs continuously 365 days a year, we need someone who can manage floor operations daily for a full 30-day block without breaks.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily day-shift operations of waterjet weaving looms.
Monitor fabric production quality and keep track of daily output targets.
Manage operator attendance, floor discipline, and shift handovers.




Coordinate incoming yarn and outgoing fabric rolls safely.
Report daily production logs directly to the management.

Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a textile or waterjet loom unit.
Shift & Timing: Regular 12-hour Day Shift.
Commitment: Must be available to work all 30 days consecutively. Full attendance is valued and rewarded in the final payout.
Location: Local candidates from Surat, Sachin, or nearby areas who can commute daily are preferred.
